OXARO seeks a Senior Organizational Change Manager with 10+ years of experience. You will guide restructuring, CRM and portal implementation, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption. Work includes executive briefings, workshops, user journeys, and go-live stabilization. Key Responsibilities:
