Monthly giving acquisition and donor engagement define this full time Fund Development Officer position with Oxfam Canada. Support Shareplan across donor journeys. Reporting to the Manager, Monthly Giving, you will support acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The work includes vendor coordination, stewardship materials, donor service, reporting, and budget tracking. Your focus covers Shareplan donors from acquisition through their first 12 months. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Face-to-Face and Telemarketing campaigns with vendors Plan monthly donor acquisition, retention, conversion, upgrades, and reactivation Develop and ship Shareplan welcome and stewardship materials Provide timely donor service by phone and electronically Analyze attrition trends and report monthly giving results Requirements:

Related university degree or equivalent fund development experience Three years of relevant donor service or engagement experience Experience supporting monthly donor acquisition, retention, or stewardship Fundraising CRM experience, preferably Salesforce Eligibility to work in Canada Apply donor engagement, vendor coordination, and reporting expertise to strengthen Oxfam Canada’s Shareplan monthly giving program.
