Proven ability to conduct current-state assessments, develop target-state architectures, and create strategic technology roadmaps. Experience in application rationalization, technical debt assessment, technology risk analysis, and cost optimization. Strong knowledge of

IT Strategy, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Management, and Enterprise Platform Transformation .
