Riva Recruiting is partnering with a leading global hedge fund that is expanding its derivatives operations team in Toronto. We're hiring at two levels: early-career and senior.

What you'll do

Own the full OTC trade lifecycle: validation, affirmation, lifecycle events, settlement and reconciliation

Cover rates, credit, equity derivatives, options and FX, plus whatever new products come next

Manage same-day trade capture exceptions and position and cash breaks

Help launch new products and funds

Build workflows with automation in mind. Ideas are expected here, not just tolerated.

What you bring

2-5 years for one role, or 5-13 years for the other, in OTC derivatives middle or back office

Experience on industry affirmation and matching platforms

Robust Excel. Python, VBA or Power BI is a real plus.

Comp:

Up to $200K USD base + bonus, depending on level
