Lead North America purchasing strategy in Cambridge, using supplier negotiation and relationship management to deliver best-cost solutions for CGT. As Director, Purchasing NA, you will lead CGT’s North America Purchasing team and procure company goods and services. The position advises management, develops strategic plans, and builds supplier partnerships. It also connects with technical, product development, Asian, and European purchasing teams. Key Responsibilities:

Develop CGT’s Purchasing vision and strategic plan Optimize suppliers through negotiation and alternative sourcing Qualify viable suppliers with technical teams Manage purchasing systems, policies, and procedures Coach staff and report business-plan progress Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, or equivalent PMAC designation Ten or more years in purchasing leadership Manufacturing experience; chemical industry preferred Global culture, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving experience Apply purchasing leadership, global supplier expertise, and negotiation skills to advance CGT’s North American procurement strategy.
