As Associate Vice President, Manufacturing, you will lead Manufacturing, Technical Operations, and Quality Investigation across a regulated business. The role combines strategic planning, operational transformation, financial management, capacity expansion, and customer partnership. 12+ years of progressive leadership in highly regulated manufacturing Pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, or related experience Record of delivering safety, quality, productivity, cost, and schedule results Ability to develop financial plans and analyze business performance Solid leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making capabilities Use strategic manufacturing leadership and continuous improvement expertise to strengthen BIOVECTRA’s quality, growth, and operational performance.
