Build AIP Asset Management’s Western Canadian presence through capital raising, alternative investments, and strategic partnerships in Winnipeg. As Vice President, Business Development, you will raise capital for AIP’s investment products and develop relationships with advisors, portfolio managers, family offices, and sophisticated investors. The mandate includes convertible private debt, private credit, and pre-IPO strategies. You will also build partnerships with asset managers, intermediary channels, and entrepreneurial firms across Manitoba and Western Canada. Key Responsibilities:

Lead capital raising across Winnipeg, Manitoba, and Western Canada Develop advisor, portfolio manager, family office,



and investor relationships Build strategic partnerships expanding AIP’s reach and assets Present alternative strategies through meetings, webinars, roadshows, and events Report pipeline development, asset flows, and market intelligence Requirements:

At least five years of successful capital-raising experience Demonstrated success through advisor, portfolio-manager, or private-wealth channels Robust Winnipeg, Manitoba, and ideally Prairie relationships Practical knowledge of alternative investment strategies Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline Apply alternative-investment knowledge, relationship management, and capital-raising expertise to expand AIP’s Western Canadian market.
