Shape growth strategy with Technical Safety BC as a Growth Product Leader, using market insight and behavioural thinking in a hybrid BC office setting. This temporary full-time, 18-month role leads product growth across assigned service lines and client segments. You will increase safety-system participation, strengthen compliant behaviour, improve retention, and create sustainable revenue. The work balances commercial opportunities with TSBC’s public-interest regulatory mandate. Key Responsibilities:





Develop strategies increasing participation and compliant behaviour Identify sustainable revenue and service delivery opportunities Partner with go-to-market teams to drive adoption Use research and analytics to shape product ideas Manage elements of the overall product roadmap Requirements:

Seven-plus years in product management or related disciplines Experience scaling growth opportunities across client lifecycles Customer research, behavioural insights, and product analytics capabilities Pricing, budgeting, business case, and financial accountability experience Degree or equivalent progressively responsible work experience Apply product leadership, growth strategy, and behavioural insight to strengthen Technical Safety BC’s safety system and client participation.
