Lead HR transformation consulting at PwC, applying workforce strategy and payroll expertise across client engagements and organisational change initiatives. As a Workforce Transformation Manager, you will support end-to-end organisation and talent transformation across multiple industries. The work spans HR strategy, payroll transformation, organisation design, workforce planning, people analytics, job architecture, and skills management. You will also contribute to HR technology roadmaps involving Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, ADP, and other payroll technologies. Key Responsibilities:
