Direct Gatik Carrier™ market operations through autonomous fleet leadership, vehicle maintenance coordination, and rigorous safety compliance. Work onsite in Toronto five days weekly. As Senior Manager, Market Operations, you will serve as the primary site lead for local commercial autonomous freight routes. Your accountability spans fleet performance, depot and yard logistics, fueling practices, customer SLA delivery, driver management, and third-party vendors. You will bridge local technicians with AV Engineering, Hardware, and Product teams. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee commercial autonomous route and facility performance Partner on vehicle maintenance, repairs,



and lifecycle management Coordinate sensor calibration and software hardware upgrades Manage shifts, recertification, handovers, and overtime Direct incident recovery, investigations, and regulatory reporting Requirements:

Six to ten-plus years in fleet or freight operations Direct multidisciplinary leadership experience Understanding of yard management systems and dock staging Commercial vehicle mechanical systems knowledge Experience with high-velocity logistics hubs Bring fleet operations, technical coordination, and compliance leadership to Gatik's Level 4 autonomous transportation service.
