Lead SKU-level forecasting at Spin Master using statistical modeling and business intelligence from sales, marketing, and finance partners. Analyze demand patterns to align supply planning with customer needs. As Demand Planning Lead, you will manage forecasts and demand plans across SKUs, customers, and Distribution Centers. Your work combines historical data, promotional factors, operational planning, and financial analysis. You will translate complex trends into recommendations for sales and finance partners. Key Responsibilities:

Develop forecast models using historical data and promotional factors Manage demand plans in dollars and units Analyze patterns and adjust forecasts for accuracy Lead demand planning inputs for the SOP process Optimize promotional and seasonal inventory planning Requirements:

Degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field Experience in demand planning and operational business practices Solid analytical, reporting, and statistical modeling background Understanding of MAPE, WMAPE, and BIAS forecasting concepts Working knowledge of DSX, Oracle Demantra, or JDE Apply demand planning, forecasting, and statistical analysis skills to support Spin Master’s supply chain decisions.
