Five or more years of in-house full-cycle recruiting Experience running Director-plus searches Trusted advisor experience with senior hiring managers Clear, exact writing and communication skills Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Bring executive recruiting, market intelligence, and senior candidate relationships to Mercury’s Director and VP hiring work.
