Direct infrastructure construction readiness in Toronto for Bantrel, coordinating contractor schedules, quality, safety, and contract performance. Support delivery of the Ontario Line Subway project. As Systems Delivery Project Manager RSSOM, you will manage project elements from preliminary design through detailed design, construction, and commissioning. Bantrel’s Infrastructure team works with Metrolinx, Bechtel, and contractors across a major subway program. Your oversight will address constructability, contractor performance, and delivery requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure designs meet construction delivery and constructability requirements Review contractor construction plans and schedules for completeness Monitor engineering progress, budgets, resources, staffing,



and schedules Oversee contractor compliance with contract provisions and performance requirements Drive project safety culture and monitor quality assurance activities Requirements:

Degree and 13–15 years of relevant experience required Or 17–19 years of relevant work experience General railway systems installation knowledge across key disciplines Experience planning and executing systems installation activities Knowledge of contract, schedule, safety, and quality oversight Bring construction management, contractor oversight, and railway systems experience to Bantrel’s Toronto infrastructure delivery team.
