Job Description:

This role will be working within an AI portfolio within Commercial Banking.



Relevant expertise in financial institutions, commercial banking and AI/Machine Learning an asset.

Facilitate collaboration across multiple agile teams

Partner with the Portfolio Leader to create and maintain Portfolio level delivery roadmaps

Escalate impediments, manage risks and dependencies between teams

Quality

Work with the agile coach to identify and improve portfolio level maturity

Maintain portfolio level roadmap that consolidates team continuous improvement roadmaps

KPI and metrics reporting

Report consolidated portfolio level metrics for all agile teams in the portfolio

Governance

Facilitate Portfolio ceremonies and processes

Lead execution on ceremonies like Scrum of Scrums sessions

Proactively identify risks, issues, obstacles and raise them as soon as possible to the Portfolio Leaders
