Lead client outcomes across a $3–5M portfolio while guiding delivery teams. As Director of Professional Services, you will oversee consultants, business analysts, and project managers delivering ERP/SaaS implementations. You will shape delivery models, protect healthy margins, and serve as senior escalation point. The work combines financial management, customer relationships, resourcing, and technical collaboration.
