Coordinate injection mold programs at Integrity Tool & Mold, connecting Engineering, Manufacturing, and shop-floor progress through hands-on technical work. Support mold trials while tracking schedules and corrective actions. This Internal Program Manager supports Lead Program Managers across manufacturing, validation, and delivery. The position requires knowledge of mold construction, injection molding processes, and technical drawings. You will coordinate work orders, engineering changes, outsourced services, and technical issue resolution while reporting to the Senior Account Manager. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate tooling programs through manufacturing, validation, and delivery Monitor shop-floor progress and proactively follow up on delays Track work orders, engineering changes,



and outsourced services Support mold trials and document results Coordinate corrective actions with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Requirements:

Experience in plastic injection mold manufacturing or related technical fields Understanding of mold construction and injection molding processes Experience with injection mold trials and troubleshooting preferred Robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to learn company systems Apply technical coordination, mold trial support, and proactive communication to maintain tooling programs and schedules at Integrity Tool & Mold.
