Coordinate field operations, contractors, inspections, and warranty completion across Alberta and Saskatchewan. This experienced manager oversees site preparation, foundations, construction activities, and home delivery for prefabricated and Ready-to-Move homes. The position combines contractor management, customer relationships, and field services leadership. You will work with Sales, Operations, and Project Management to keep projects informed and on track. Key Responsibilities:

Experience in residential, modular, or RTM construction Understanding of foundations and residential construction practices Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and trades Robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel Lead residential field services through construction coordination, contractor relationships, inspections, customer care, and warranty completion.
