You will guide internationally mobile employee payroll reporting, social security considerations, and employer compliance. The work connects payroll providers, client payroll teams, HR, mobility, finance, and tax stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:





Oversee payroll compliance services for globally mobile workforces Advise on internationally mobile employee payroll reporting Support payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions Resolve payroll and reporting issues with providers and stakeholders Improve payroll governance, controls, data quality, and efficiency Requirements:

Five-plus years in global payroll, mobility tax, or related consulting Knowledge of Canadian and Quebec payroll and employment tax Experience with shadow payroll, tax equalization, or payroll operations Experience supporting multinational organizations and mobile workforces Ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions Bring global mobility payroll, shadow payroll, and cross-border compliance knowledge to Vialto’s employment tax practice.
