Lead strategic initiatives at the University of Toronto’s Temerty Faculty of Medicine, using research, analysis, and senior administrative expertise in Toronto. As Director, Office of the Dean, you will advise the Dean on Faculty-wide priorities, monitor plans, and identify risks. You will lead high-priority projects, align portfolios, and support government and international relations. The position also guides Office of the Dean operations. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor progress against established Faculty-wide plans Identify interdependencies, risks, and implementation requirements Lead high-priority projects and cross-portfolio alignment Advise the Dean on strategic decisions Guide Office of the Dean operational infrastructure Requirements:

Master’s degree or equivalent education and experience Minimum five years of progressive senior administrative experience Experience managing complex projects and change initiatives Solid financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills Apply strategic analysis, project leadership, and operational guidance as Director, Office of the Dean at Temerty Medicine.
