Lead Measurement & Analytics consulting at Flywheel, using campaign tracking, reporting, and insights to shape actionable commerce strategies. As Director, Measurement & Analytics, you will support Flywheel’s Commerce Intelligence team and report to the Senior Director. You will manage client engagements, develop analytical frameworks, collaborate with stakeholders, and help transform data into business action. The work spans web analytics, merchandising, media performance, customer lifetime value, and pricing optimization. Key Responsibilities:

Lead client projects and deliver actionable insights aligned with objectives Develop measurement strategies and reporting solutions in Business Intelligence tools Provide statistical modelling, testing frameworks,



and strategy recommendations Manage stakeholder relationships and present Commerce Intelligence capabilities Lead analytics teams and mentor broader team members Requirements:

Five to seven years in direct-to-consumer or eCommerce analytics Experience with hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and experimental design Dashboarding experience with Tableau, PowerBI, DOMO, or Google Data Studio Knowledge of digital advertising, ad servers, and creative tagging Solid communication, project management, and quality assurance skills Bring analytics leadership, measurement strategy, and client consulting expertise to Flywheel’s digital commerce practice.
