You will assess distressed businesses, analyze liquidity, and develop practical restructuring alternatives. The work includes formal insolvency proceedings, informal turnarounds, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities:

Advise corporations, lenders, creditors, shareholders, and stakeholders Manage receiverships, bankruptcies, proposals, and CCAA proceedings Analyze cash flow models, projections, and business plans Lead engagement planning,
