This manager oversees the finishing department’s methods agents and manufacturing employees across sandblasting, plating, painting, and finishing grinding. The role coordinates production planning, resources, workforce versatility, operational problem-solving, quality performance, and employee skill development. It supports landing gear component manufacturing for Airbus and Boeing aircraft. Key Responsibilities:





Monitor and adjust production plans with the Planning team Optimize resources and workforce efficiency across finishing operations Delegate decisions and guide effective problem-solving Ensure quality objectives and operational problem-solving performance Support HSE inspections, investigations, and action plans Requirements:

Relevant university degree or equivalent experience Approximately 10 years of relevant similar-position experience Experience in a unionized manufacturing setting Excellent spoken and written French and English Leadership, decision-making, autonomy, and managerial courage Apply production leadership, bilingual communication, and finishing expertise to support Safran Landing Systems’ Mirabel manufacturing performance.
