Lead construction scheduling with Primavera P6 and MS Projects at EllisDon. Support complex projects through accurate planning, updates, and reporting. As a Senior Planner and Scheduler, you will develop baseline and pursuit schedules while supporting multiple construction projects. Your work includes complex MEP installation, testing, commissioning, forecasting, and schedule impact analysis. You will collaborate with project teams, clients, trade partners, and pursuit teams to maintain reliable schedules aligned with EllisDon’s Best Practices. Key Responsibilities:

Develop baseline schedules meeting EllisDon’s format and quality standards Update schedules biweekly using project team information Lead progress meetings, workshops, and schedule touchpoints Incorporate changes, delays,



and unforeseen conditions Create micro schedules, what-if scenarios, and TIA schedules Requirements:

Eight-plus years of construction scheduling experience Building experience with battery plants, data centers, and pharmaceuticals Experience scheduling complex MEP installation, testing, and commissioning Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Projects Ability to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously Apply your construction scheduling, project controls, and Primavera P6 expertise across EllisDon’s complex project portfolio.
