Shape indirect procurement decisions at Cencora through commercial contracts, sourcing counsel, and business-oriented legal recommendations. Work as a full time lawyer within the Legal Department. This Senior Counsel position supports Cencora’s Indirect Sourcing team on significant sourcing matters. You will provide efficient legal services, manage projects, and negotiate vendor agreements across indirect goods and services. The work includes MSAs, Statements of Work, licenses, equipment, and consulting agreements. The position requires sophisticated individual contribution with minimal supervision, plus potential oversight of other legal professionals. Key Responsibilities:





Review and negotiate high-volume commercial vendor agreements Support indirect supplier contract development and finalization Manage legal projects, matters, issues, and priorities Deliver legally compliant, business-oriented client recommendations Maintain existing contracts and support stakeholder alignment Requirements:

Four to eight years’ experience as a lawyer Expertise in contracts, commercial law, and indirect sourcing Law degree from an accredited law school Admission into the applicable state bar Contract lifecycle experience, including negotiation and redlining Bring commercial contracting, project management, and strategic counseling expertise to Cencora’s indirect procurement legal work.
