Support critical Air Ambulance missions in St. John’s through operational leadership, crew mentoring, and rigorous aviation safety practices. PAL Aerospace is hiring an NL Air Ambulance Operations Manager for its Newfoundland and Labrador service. Reporting to the Director of Air Ambulance, this role supports policies, procedures, schedules, client relations, and resource quality. Responsibilities may include serving as Captain or Training Manager while mentoring pilots and coordinating with the Chief Pilot. Key Responsibilities:

Support Director of Air Ambulance Services with operational leadership Implement Standing Orders, SOPs, and operational practices Mentor pilots and support day-to-day operations Coordinate aircrew standards and simulator training plans Liaise with Air Ambulance stakeholders and clients Requirements:

Minimum 2000 hours total time Minimum 1000 hours pilot-in-command time Valid ATPL with Instrument and Multi-Engine Ratings Leadership or supervisory role experience Knowledge of international regulations and policies Bring flight experience, crew development, and procedure implementation skills to PAL Aerospace’s Newfoundland and Labrador Air Ambulance team.
