Lead M&A; integration through training design, onboarding journeys, and project planning while supporting Operations across Canada and the USA. GESI seeks an Operations Integration Specialist to guide newly acquired companies through culture, systems, and process transitions. This role creates Day 1 through Day 90 plans, assesses readiness, and coordinates adoption across diverse teams. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance leads. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain an Acquisition Onboarding Playbook Support due diligence by assessing tools, culture, and skill gaps Create Day 1 through Day 90 project plans Design role-specific training curricula with functional leads Coordinate training, surveys, and cultural onboarding activities Requirements:

Five or more years in Organization Development, Learning and Development, M&A; Integration, or Project Management Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders Experience designing training materials or onboarding workflows Post-Merger Integration experience preferred Travel expectations of 50 to 80 percent Bring strategic agility, empathy, and training expertise to help acquired teams adopt GESI systems and processes effectively.
