The Director of Real Estate represents Broccolini across Ottawa and Eastern Ontario. You will evaluate land and asset opportunities, source investments, negotiate LOIs and PSAs, and guide strategic leasing. The role also advises senior leadership and supports long-term market planning. Key Responsibilities:
