Build accurate capital cost estimates with Ausenco’s Minerals and Metals team in Vancouver or Calgary. Apply analytical skills across complex projects. As an Estimator, you will develop Capex estimates under senior estimator direction within Ausenco’s engineering consulting environment. You will manage estimate models, coordinate scope and quantity data, and analyze functional inputs across specialty disciplines. The work supports accurate project cost planning. Key Responsibilities:

Collect and enter appropriate data into estimates Develop Capex estimates through regular model reviews Coordinate scope and quantity data across disciplines Calculate wage and unit rates, quantities, and costs Manage estimate changes with project stakeholders Requirements:

Five or more years in a similar role Engineering, applied science, or related degree or diploma Robust numerical, conceptual, and analytical skills Microsoft Suite knowledge, including Excel and Word Familiarity with AACE estimate classifications required Bring detailed cost modeling, cross-disciplinary coordination, and analytical estimating skills to Ausenco’s Canadian Minerals and Metals projects.
