Lead mechanical building design with Design Works Engineering in Grande Prairie, using Revit, AutoCAD, and HAP in office. Shape technical standards across projects. This senior technical leadership role makes you the mechanical authority on commercial, institutional, low-rise, high-rise, and multi-family buildings. You will lead heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and controls design across every project phase. The role includes mentoring engineers and designers, reviewing calculations and documents, and coordinating with in-house disciplines. Key Responsibilities:
