Reliance Home Comfort is seeking a Water Heater Install Manager in Canada to lead field operations, manage a team of technical professionals and collaborate with independent installers. You will drive service excellence, monitor P&L; performance, and build robust relationships with 3rd party partners. The role requires 3–5 years of field operations oversight, HVAC/water heater industry knowledge, and strong communication and negotiation skills. A Gas Fitter license is a plus.
