Apply internal audit expertise at ATB through hybrid assurance work focused on risk management, controls, and governance across diverse portfolios. As an Internal Assurance Partner, you will plan and conduct assurance and advisory engagements for ATB Financial. The work assesses controls protecting assets and mitigating strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks. You will support portfolios including ATB Capital Markets, Business Banking, Wealth Advisory, ATB Investment Management Inc., and ATB Everyday Financial Services. Key Responsibilities:

Develop audit strategies assessing risk management, controls, and governance processes Conduct operational, compliance, and integrated controls assurance engagements Prepare work programs, testing documentation, findings, and final reports Communicate engagement progress, results,



observations, and concerns Ensure significant control concerns receive timely stakeholder attention Requirements:

Minimum five years in internal audit, external audit, or risk management Understanding of audit principles, risk concepts, and control standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills Financial services background with relevant business or capital markets knowledge Data collection, interpretation, visualization, and critical thinking capabilities Bring audit strategy, stakeholder communication, and controls expertise to ATB’s hybrid Internal Assurance Partner position.
