Lead AI agent runtime strategy at Juniper Square, using product judgment and evaluation expertise to shape Foundry from San Francisco or remotely. As Lead Product Manager, you will own Foundry’s agent runtime and evaluation layer for non-engineering builders. You will guide versions, deployments, testing, model governance, memory, and observability. The work includes partnering with workflow orchestration on typed contracts and governed integrations. Key Responsibilities:

Own Foundry’s runtime vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle Define evaluations, golden datasets, labeling, and regression gates Shape model routing, cost attribution, pricing, and governance Design memory, oversight, observability, and auditability experiences Partner on workflow contracts,



connectors, credentials, and access grants Requirements:

Seven-plus years in B2B or Enterprise SaaS product management Three-plus years operating in an AI-oriented product role Hands-on knowledge of datasets, automated judges, and regression testing Experience building agents and automating human-driven production processes Fluency with LLMs, Claude, Cursor, and modern AI tools Shape Foundry’s agent runtime through AI fluency, evaluation discipline, model governance, and solid engineering partnership.
