As Digital Practice Leader, you will align technology initiatives with Business Operating Unit goals and industry trends. You will direct digital practice experts, influence practitioners, and collaborate across business operating units. Your mandate includes business cases, performance tracking, process optimization, governance, and digital capability development. Key Responsibilities:





Develop a robust digital strategy for the Business Operating Unit Use data analytics to inform decisions and optimize processes Build stakeholder relationships and facilitate cross-functional collaboration Assess market trends, demands, and digital opportunities Maintain updated Digital Products, Assets, and Solutions inventories Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant practice area Over seven years of qualified experience AEC industry experience strongly preferred Leadership in digital strategy development and implementation Strong project management and communication skills Bring AEC digital leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to Stantec’s Energy & Resources operating unit.
