AUTOSPEX® technical product specialist in Canada, remote, connecting infrastructure assessment expertise with customer onboarding and product development. This customer-facing role reports to the Chief Product Officer at Niricson. You will explain complex technology clearly, support engineers and infrastructure owners, and translate customer needs into actionable requirements. The work includes product guidance, technical demonstrations, Jira backlog coordination, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data Capture, and R&D; teams. Key Responsibilities:

Develop deep expertise in AUTOSPEX® workflows, outputs, and capabilities Onboard customers and coordinate training, access, workflows,



and follow-up Investigate technical issues and maintain customer communication through resolution Translate recurring customer needs into product and workflow requirements Support demonstrations, proposals, and solution-development discussions Requirements:

Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in a technical field Five-plus years with technical products, software, engineering, or infrastructure technologies Experience explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Experience managing software backlogs in Jira or comparable tools Experience preparing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Apply technical curiosity, customer insight, and product backlog expertise to improve AUTOSPEX® for infrastructure stakeholders.
