Splitsville Entertainment seeks a Regional Support Manager to guide Centre Managers and their teams. You will connect bowling centres with Support and Leadership teams while advancing collaboration, growth, and company values. The work includes commercial metrics, business plans, and operational alignment. Key Responsibilities:

Drive regional revenue, expense, and profitability performance Review monthly P&L; results and implement corrective actions Evaluate centres using KPIs, audits, and business plans Promote guest service through mystery shops and feedback Recruit, coach, and develop Centre Management teams Requirements:

Five to seven years of multi-site operational experience Hospitality, entertainment, or high-volume food and beverage background Solid leadership and coaching abilities Microsoft Office proficiency and POS familiarity Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Apply regional leadership, financial oversight, coaching, and guest service expertise across Splitsville Entertainment’s Western Canada centres.
