Experience in accounting firms or M&A; environments is essential, with due diligence experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with clients and target companies

Requirements:

- University degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- More than three years of accounting firm or M&A; experience
- At least one year of due diligence experience
- Completed or in-progress CPA certification
- Proficiency in spoken and written French and English
