As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will translate complex requirements into technical architectures and deliver Cisco services. You will lead projects from start to finish, build compatibility simulations, and provide consulting recommendations. Key Responsibilities:

- Create data center design plans for customer solutions
- Lead delivery projects from technical start through completion
- Write automation scripts and build system simulations

Requirements:

- In-depth Cisco Nexus, ACI, MDS, routing, switching, and SAN knowledge
- Hybrid cloud, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, and Docker experience
- Understanding of security, firewalls, high availability, and disaster recovery
- Solid communication and customer relationship-building abilities
- Fluency in Canadian French and English
