Lead ERP integration and transformation initiatives at Moose Knuckles, combining enterprise systems expertise with hands-on architecture, data, and business process delivery.

This senior hands-on role reports to IT and partners with finance, procurement, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, logistics, and reporting stakeholders. You will shape how critical business systems connect, improve operational efficiency, and support growth. Work spans analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define integration architecture across ERP, retail, warehouse, logistics, and finance platforms
- Configure mappings, troubleshoot interfaces, and reduce point-to-point integration sprawl
- Redesign finance, procurement, inventory, and operational processes




- Build reporting pipelines with orchestration, alerts, and dependency management
- Lead discovery, design, testing, migration, cutover, and stabilization

Requirements:

- At least four years hands-on with a contemporary ERP platform
- Eight or more years in ERP, integration, or transformation
- One full implementation from discovery through stabilization
- Hands-on Azure integration, Power Platform, APIs, or middleware experience
- Finance and supply chain process knowledge in multichannel businesses
