Lead data center asset governance for Bell’s AI Fabric program across Canada, using lifecycle management and data quality expertise. This is a hybrid position.

Bell seeks an experienced Asset Management Specialist for its national data center infrastructure portfolio. You will manage warranties, maintenance contracts, Service Level Agreements, asset records, and operational data reliability. The work supports maintainable, auditable, cost-effective, and compliant critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain warranty, coverage, and end-of-life dates
- Track contracts, renewals, expiration dates, and SLAs
- Validate preventive maintenance evidence and initiate warranty claims
- Manage ServiceNow asset records, tickets, and workflows
- Produce dashboards,



reconciliations, reports, and exception lists

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, or Business
- Five-plus years in asset management or lifecycle governance
- Experience with multi-site serialized inventory control programs
- Understanding of warranties, spares, refresh, and retirement planning
- Experience managing critical electrical infrastructure asset records
