Reporting to the Store Manager, the Operations Team Lead manages daily store operations supporting sales and profitability. The work spans shipment processing, replenishment, E-comm fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising. You will help maintain brand and visual presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain organized stockroom operations
- Process shipments and replenish the sales floor
- Fulfill E-comm orders accurately
- Complete markdowns and merchandising activities
- Support inventory management and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- Six months’ stockroom or inventory management experience
- Passion for fashion, organization, and detail
- Effective time management across multiple tasks
- Versatile availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
