This full time Accounting Manager serves as a key resource for the Real Estate team. Reporting to the Director, Finance and Control, the position leads accounting activities, prepares financial statements, and improves financial processes and systems. The role also supports rental income, recoverable expenses, reconciliations, audits, and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure complete, accurate transactions under applicable accounting standards
- Prepare and validate operating cost and property tax reconciliations
- Oversee rental income and recoverable operating expense accounting
- Establish, maintain,



and strengthen internal controls
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audit engagements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Five to eight years of relevant experience
- Real estate accounting experience considered a strong asset
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
- Yardi experience considered a significant asset

Use property accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and ERP expertise to strengthen real estate finance operations.
