Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operations across Quebec and Nova Scotia locations
- Meet delivery, tracing, dispatching, claims, and scanning standards

Requirements:

- Five to seven years management experience in service companies
- Post-secondary courses in appropriate disciplines
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
- Leadership experience in union environments with negotiation skills
