Lead Affim Card rewards strategy from scratch, combining strong UX instincts, loyalty expertise, and data fluency in a remote-first company.

Affim seeks a Staff Product Manager to give millions of Card users compelling reasons to return. You will design how members earn, progress, redeem, and recognize value across the app, checkout, and post-purchase experiences. Success depends on thoughtful financial modeling, rigorous measurement, and close partnership with embedded design and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define rewards and tier experiences across key customer touchpoints
- Make program value obvious in app and at checkout
- Create engagement loops supporting weekly Affim usage
- Tune earn rates, burn rates, and tier thresholds using data




- Align stakeholders across Card, Shopping, Servicing, and Marketing

Requirements:

- Eight or more years of Product Management experience
- History launching products from scratch
- Experience owning repeat usage, retention, or share of wallet
- Robust UX judgment and high design standards
- Fluency in experiment design, incrementality, attribution, and LTV measurement
