Lead retail operations at GARAGE by organizing stockrooms, managing inventory, and supporting an outstanding shopping experience in stores across North America.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Operations Team Lead supports store sales and profitability. You will manage shipment processing, replenishment, E-comm fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising. The role also maintains brand and visual presentation standards while strengthening inventory management, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain stockroom organization and manage store inventory
- Process shipments and replenish the sales floor
- Fulfill E-comm orders accurately and efficiently
- Execute markdowns and merchandising activities
- Maintain brand and visual presentation standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- Six months stockroom or inventory management experience preferred
- Passion for fashion, organization, and attention to detail
- Effective time management for multiple simultaneous tasks
- Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
