As Lead Product Manager, you will own Foundry’s agent runtime and evaluation layer for non-engineering builders. You will guide versions, deployments, testing, model governance, memory, and observability. The work includes partnering with workflow orchestration on typed contracts and governed integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Foundry’s runtime vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle
- Define evaluations, golden datasets, labeling, and regression gates
- Shape model routing, cost attribution, pricing, and governance
- Design memory, oversight, observability, and auditability experiences
- Partner on workflow contracts,

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years in B2B or Enterprise SaaS product management
- Three-plus years operating in an AI-oriented product role
- Hands-on knowledge of datasets, automated judges, and regression testing
- Experience building agents and automating human-driven production processes
- Fluency with LLMs, Claude, Cursor, and contemporary AI tools
