This Manager leads transaction advisory engagements for buyers and sellers involved in mergers and acquisitions. The work combines quality of earnings, EBITDA sustainability, working capital, and asset quality analysis. You will also manage projects, budgets, deliverables, client relationships, and team coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead transaction advisory and due diligence engagements

Requirements:

- Four to five years of skilled services experience
- M&A; due diligence transaction advisory experience
