ForgeFit seeks an Outside Sales Representative skilled in consultative selling and relationship building. Connect with fitness facilities nationwide through virtual outreach.

This full-time sales position supports ForgeFit’s growth by connecting with gym owners, fitness directors, and training facility managers. You will identify customer needs, present tailored fitness equipment solutions, and build lasting business relationships. The work includes prospecting, pipeline management, virtual presentations, product knowledge, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect, qualify, and close new gym business
- Manage warm and cold leads using CRM tools
- Present equipment solutions through phone, video, and email




- Maintain product knowledge and monitor industry trends
- Coordinate fulfillment and customer satisfaction with internal teams

Requirements:

- At least one year of sales experience
- Business-to-business or fitness sales experience is advantageous
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort with outbound outreach and virtual closing
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented approach
