Drive operational excellence for BDC Advisory Services through strategic execution, reporting insights, and stakeholder collaboration across the West. This hybrid position supports regional leadership.

The Regional Advisor, Operational Excellence accelerates Advisory Services reach, effectiveness, and impact. You will translate national strategies into regional execution while coordinating initiatives, roadmaps, reporting, and targeting. The position supports consistency across the national Advisory Services practice and works with leaders, Client Partners, and Business Advisors. It also contributes to training, communication, events, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead approved Advisory Services strategies and initiatives across the West
- Manage regional roadmaps using project management practices




- Monitor performance indicators and recommend actionable improvements
- Coordinate reporting, portfolio mining, and proactive targeting
- Project manage training, onboarding, events, and communications

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Three to five years’ project management experience
- Experience reporting insights and collaborating with stakeholders
- Solid analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint
