At TS Imagine, you will support market-leading products covering all asset classes and buy-side and sell-side services. After training and shadowing, investigate complex issues, explore business flows, and deliver solutions. Build knowledge of valuation, hedging, risk management, APIs, and financial markets while collaborating with software, data, product, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate workflows, troubleshoot faults, review logs, and analyze data
- Test applications and APIs, replicating failures with sample data
- Improve financial instrument, corporate action, and quantitative data quality




- Communicate case updates clearly to clients and internal teams
- Maintain TS Imagine product expertise and documentation

Requirements:

- Science, mathematics, engineering, quantitative finance, or economics degree
