Locala is seeking a Senior Support Account Manager to be the primary liaison for internal customer support requests related to our internal DSP and connected ad tech stack. You will guide campaign management, ad ops best practices, and DV360 integration to help traders meet client KPIs.

In this remote-first role, you’ll partner with product, engineering, and customer success to resolve issues, train current traders, and share knowledge across DV360 and external DSPs in a fast-paced programmatic
